Hendricks County: Sodalis Nature Park

As you’ve probably gathered if you’re a regular reader of this blog, the kids enjoy hiking.  So when Caleb discovered Sodalis Nature Park, he thought it would be a good Saturday afternoon activity.

Then it was off to hike the Beaver Trail.  Zoe hiked for a while then insisted on getting a ride in the carrier.

Isaac choose to venture down the Bat Haven Trail and then we picked up the Conservation Way.

All throughout the park, there were signs explaining some of the wildlife we might see along the trails.

The trail markers really helped the kids enjoy navigating through the park.

And what better way to end a hike on a hot day then a slush from Sonic.
