Grant County: Garfield Trail

The centerpiece of our Memorial Day Weekend was hiking at Chain O’ Lakes State Park. Since Chain O’ Lakes is a bit out of the way for us, we decided make an overnight of it and check out a few counties along the way. First stop the Garfield Trail.

The Garfield Trail consists of 14 unique Garfields within Grant County.

Fortunately for the kids, our last stop just happened to be outside of Ivanhoe’s so they had ice cream cones for a pre-lunch snack before heading to our next county.
