LaPorte County: Hesston Steam & Power Show

This was our second trip to the Hesston Steam Museum. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit so it seemed like a good addition to our Labor Day weekend trip.

Our trip just happened to occur during The Hesston Steam & Power Show.

The kids were super excited to ride the trains so we hopped on the Historic Miniature Railroad.

Next up was a ride on the Full Size Narrow Gauge Railroad.

Then it was on to the third railroad, Real Steam, Real Small Scale Hobby Railroad.

After riding all three different railroads, we decided to grab some tasty festival food and check out some of the other exhibits.

I would highly recommend attending during a special event weekend because there is just more to do and see!
