White County – Monon Connection

On the first weekend of summer vacation, we decided to hit all of the remaining counties in the northwest part of the state. Our first stop was the Monon Connection.

There was plenty to see and explore outside.

Because we arrived early in the day, the museum was not open. But with the largest private collection of railroad items shared with the public in the United States it would be a great stop for a train enthusiast.
